Our Return Policy - 
If you change your mind about your purchase within the first 30 days of purchase you may return your items for a full refund minus shipping charges and a small restocking fee of 10%. 

All refunds will be processed after the item has been returned to The Saber Workshop and we verify the item has not been damaged, and there are no parts or packaging missing. To start the refund process please email us at info@thesaberworkshop.com. Please include your order number, name, and shipping address so we can get you an accurate quote for return shipping. 

Once you email us and we start the refund process we will send you a return shipping label which you must print out and take to your local post office. Once we have verified with the post office the package is in the mail you will receive a 50% refund minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive your return and we verify it is in good working order with no damage or missing packaging, we will refund you the additional 50%. If for any reason the item is not returned in its original undamaged packaging, we will contact you to discuss fees required to process the rest of your return.

Non Refundable Items -
ALL WEATHERING or MODIFICATIONS TO ANY PART OF YOUR SABER will make your saber non refundable. If you purchase a weathered part or saber we will do all warranty work on any work we have done on the saber at the saber workshop for free for 24 months from date of purchase.

I thoroughly test all of my work before sending it out. If the items breaks during shipping I will do everything I can to fix the problem.I will personally do everything in my power to make it right other than offer a refund. I will work with you, and the shipping company to rectify the problem as quickly as possible so that you can start enjoying your new lightsaber.

Restock Fees: A 10% restock or cancellation fee applies if you cancel your order before it ships or if you decide to return your purchase. Please ensure you're certain about your decision to purchase an installed product.

We rigorously test every item before shipping to guarantee it functions perfectly, and our 90-day warranty covers free repairs as long as the product hasn't been altered or tampered with. After 90 days, we’re still here to help, with repair costs depending on the issue.

Keep in mind, we incur non-refundable fees to process your payments, which are not returned to us if an order is canceled.
