Our Products & Warranty - The Saber Workshop stands behind these products 100%. I shoot to offer the best customer service in the business, and I back our pre-made products sold here with a 2 Year Warranty!
If in the first year for any reason other than water damage, heavy physical abuse / modification, or tampering with the electronics yourself, your lightsaber breaks or malfunctions. In addition to The Saber Workshop 1 year replacement warranty. The Saber Workshop will repair your saber for an additional 1 year beyond your first year. You just pay shipping cost and we will repair your saber for free. We have extensive knowledge in lightsabers and have technicians in house that can repair your saber. It does not need to go back to the manufacturer for repairs.
Non Refundable Items -
ALL WEATHERING or MODIFICATIONS TO ANY PART OF YOUR SABER will make your saber non refundable. If you purchase a weathered part or saber we will do all warranty work on any work we have done on the saber at the saber workshop for free for 24 months from date of purchase.
I thoroughly test all of my work before sending it out. If the items breaks during shipping I will do everything I can to fix the problem.I will personally do everything in my power to make it right other than offer a refund. I will work with you, and the shipping company to rectify the problem as quickly as possible so that you can start enjoying your new lightsaber.
